ACEO Arsillyd by NerielMi ACEO Arsillyd by NerielMi
The stars are shiny!

Arsillyd, an ancient creature, is coming to her new home.

ACEOcard for great *Lyswen (I really love her art style ^^). I hope I didn't make anything wrong with the characters design... And I hope that you'll like it! This was fun to make, I experimented with new paper and weird combination of paints.:)

:omg: this is really nice. The super thin lines give it a storybook-like quality, and I adore the color combonation!

Thank you, I'm glad you like it.:) I like to experiment a lot when I make ACEOcards, I usually don't use violet or gouaches in combination with ink, I guess this was quite a right choice.:) I may try something larger with this technique in the future, it was fun to make this.

Pretty! I LOVE that background you did, and the character herself is really pretty I love how fine your linework is.

Thank you so much, Ama. I tried another paper than I usually use for this ACEO, it makes the colors very vibrant and the shapes are more refined, the watercolors didn't blend to each other. But I guess that in case of space it seem better than if it was perfectly smooth as usually. I'm glad that you like it.:)

If you want to try it, it's Canson - Montval Torchon, paper with a lot of cellulose inside. Or I can send you a sample once when I'll send something to you.:)
